Are your products authentic?

Yes, they are. This is an actual, serious store and we only offer 100% authentic items from reliable sources and suppliers. Buy with confidence.

Where do you ship from?

We're based in Ladispoli, a small town on the seaside near Rome, Italy. All the orders will be sent from here.

Which courier do you use for delivery?

For worldwide shipping we only use our logistic partners, UPS and DHL Express.

What about the delivery costs?

The more you buy, the less you pay for Shipping. Starting price (orders up to 100€) is 14.60€ in Europe and 19.90€ to the US. For the rest of the World, please see our Delivery page

How long does delivery take?

Both DHL and UPS are super fast couriers. Delivery takes 1/2 days in Europe, 2/3 days in America and 3/4 days in the rest of the World. BUT, you still have to consider the process time, too.

What's the process time?

Each item in the store has a different process time, some time we need to prepare the product or even re-stock it before being shipped. You can find process time of each item in product's page description and/or in size menù, near your chosen size. If a product doesn't appear as "In stock", then it will be usually processed in "4/5 working days" or "5/7 working days". This means that, before being shipped, it will be processed for some day.

How can I pay?

Your Paypal account, your credit/debit card through Paypal and bank transfer.

I choosed bank transfer but i cannot find the coordinates to pay. Why?

After your purchase we will confirm your order double-checking the availability of your products. Finally, we will send you an e-mail message with the coordinates you need for the bank transfer. This could take some hours.

Can I return an item if the size doesn't fit or I'm not happy with my purchase?

Yes, of course you do. You have 14 days (from the moment the item is delivered) to send back the product. Just get in touch with a message (using e-mail or our Contact form) and we'll give you the instructions you need. You'll be able to choose: change size/product or be refunded (shipping charges are obviously not refundable).
